A little about your guide . . .
I believe in the personal touch and that's why this community membership is different from others you might see. My mission of movement began through serious physical and emotional challenges with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I rode a roller coaster of pain for years until I finally found the right combination of healing. Therapeutic movement and dance, specifically, Nia®, was a key part for my physical and emotional well being. I'm here to share what I've learned with you.

Hi, I'm Teresa.

My story evolved through years of excellent health and times of serious physical and emotional challenges, including debilitating pain with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I rode the roller coaster of highs and lows for years until I finally found the right combination of healing. Therapeutic dance was a key healer for me.
I know commitment is key to wellness and that is why the Live Love MoveWellness Membership was created. It's to inspire you to practice fun and engagement movement that is scientifically beneficial. And, you have more than classes. You have my love and support.
